This was my Wednesday workout. As I was in a rush to meet someone, I only did this once through but it says to repeat 3 times. It was a nice light interval workout but I definitely have to repeat it at least twice next time. I chose the HiitLite because I just wanted to test these workout videos out. I think the other Hiit videos are more intense (hence the “Lite” added at the end) so maybe I’ll make my way toward those after I can master the Lite videos.
