This time I tried a smokey eye using Gunmetal instead of Hustle. Personally, I think I like the Hustle smokey eye better because I just don’t like the Gunmetal shade as much but it still doesn’t look bad.
Outer lid: Gunmetal
Inner lid: Sin
Browbone and inner corners: Virgin
Applied the same way as the Hustle description. Maybe I should post pictures next time to show exactly where I put each shade. I just watched a video on YouTube that showed an easy smokey eye with just 2 colors and that’s where I learned this simple technique. Maybe a short tutorial with pictures will be a post soon 🙂 You’ll be amazed at how easy it is.
Oh yeah, I actually applied eyeliner and mascara this time (no foundation though). I was too lazy to use liquid (I’m still trying to perfect that; I know I’m late in the game) so I used pencil. I use mark. Eyemarker in Jet which is discontinued but here’s their website: http://shop.meetmark.com/. The mascara I currently use is the Maybelline NY One by One Volum’ Express. And I’m currently using a L’Oreal eyelash curler, which I hope to upgrade to a Shiseido or Shu Uemura this summer!
